Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all users of ShiningProfits.com.

1. Print-on-Demand PolicyAll jewelry products on our platform are customized and made to order.
Due to this nature:
❌ Customer returns or exchanges are NOT possible once the order is delivered.

2. RTO (Return to Origin) OrdersIn case an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to:
Customer unavailability
Incorrect address
Refusal to accept delivery✅
The order amount will be refunded to the user after deducting applicable RTO and shipping charges.

3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method used via Razorpay

4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided for:
Delivered orders
Incorrect customer information provided by the seller
Change of mind by end customers
Design or personalization approved by the seller
